Slow down with flowing strokes and comfortable, adjustable pressure. At Bellona Day Spa in BTM Layout, start by discussing the style, pressure and time you prefer.
What to expect from swedish massage
This session uses long, gliding strokes, gentle kneading and an unhurried rhythm. It may suit a first spa visit or a preference for an easy, flowing massage. The name of a massage does not define how much pressure you must accept: your comfort should guide the appointment.

Pressure and preferences

Before your visit
Send your preferred time and this service name on WhatsApp. Mention oil or fragrance sensitivities and any access requirements. If you are managing a medical condition or recent injury, seek appropriate medical advice before booking; this is a spa service, not a diagnosis or medical treatment.
