GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
A little clarity before your visit.
Where is Bellona Day Spa in BTM Layout?
Our BTM branch is at Om Plaza, 7/8, 1st Floor, 20th Main Road, Old Madiwala, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru 560029. Use the location link before travelling.
How do I book an appointment?
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your preferred service, date, time and number of guests. Your booking is confirmed only when the team replies.
Can I ask about today’s offer?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp about up to 15% off eligible services. The team confirms eligibility, the final price and available appointments before you book.
Are walk-in appointments available?
Call before travelling to check the current schedule. A website enquiry does not reserve a therapist or room.
How do I check today’s opening hours?
We are open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. Call or WhatsApp to confirm your preferred appointment time.
How much does a massage cost?
Prices depend on the service, duration and any selected additions. Service pages show published menu references where available; confirm the current total and taxes directly.
Can I choose the massage pressure?
Explain your preferences at the beginning and ask for adjustments during the session. You can pause or end a session if you are uncomfortable.
Can two guests book together?
Ask about the couple massage or couple package and confirm simultaneous availability, room arrangements and the total for both guests.
What should I tell the team before a visit?
Mention product sensitivities, accessibility needs and any areas you want avoided. For a medical condition, pregnancy or recent injury, ask your clinician whether massage is suitable.
Is sending a WhatsApp message a confirmed booking?
No. Wait for a reply confirming the branch, date, start time, service, duration and final payable amount.
