Choose a full-body format that matches the style and time you prefer. At Bellona Day Spa in BTM Layout, start by discussing the style, pressure and time you prefer.
What to expect from full body massage
This session uses the massage technique you select, with coverage and excluded areas agreed before the session. It may suit guests comparing Swedish, aroma, Balinese and other full-body formats. The name of a massage does not define how much pressure you must accept: your comfort should guide the appointment.
Plan your appointment
Duration and price
Published duration: Confirm chosen style. Ask the team for the current duration and price. Confirm the current total, taxes, offer eligibility and what the time includes before paying.
Pressure and preferences
Typical approach: your preference. Tell the team about areas to focus on or avoid. Ask how changing, consultation and any shower time fit around the treatment.
Before your visit
Send your preferred time and this service name on WhatsApp. Mention oil or fragrance sensitivities and any access requirements. If you are managing a medical condition or recent injury, seek appropriate medical advice before booking; this is a spa service, not a diagnosis or medical treatment.
Make the session your own
Discuss the products, draping and areas included before the therapist begins. Ask for a lighter touch, a different pace or a pause whenever you need one. There is no need to tolerate discomfort to make a massage worthwhile.
