Two therapists share one session
A four hand massage involves two therapists working in a coordinated format. It is a different appointment from two guests receiving massages together.
Book availability first
Because two therapists are needed for one guest, confirm that the team can provide the service at your preferred time. A general available slot may not be suitable for this format.
Agree the pressure with both therapists
Share preferences clearly before the session begins. If you need an adjustment, say so. The coordinated format should still respond to your comfort.
Compare standard and premium options
The published menu lists more than one four hand option. Ask what changes between them, including products, technique, duration and price, rather than assuming premium means a longer appointment.
Know the session boundaries
Ask about draping, areas included and any areas you want avoided. You can pause the session or request a change in approach at any point.
Confirm the booking in writing
Keep the service name, number of therapists, duration and total price together in your confirmation. Ask about rescheduling terms because two therapists are allocated to the appointment.
