Plan two appointments together without overlooking timing, room arrangements or pricing.
Confirm that both slots are available
Two people visiting together does not automatically mean two therapists are available at the same time. Give the number of guests at the first enquiry and request a reply confirming both appointments.
Ask about the room arrangement
If being in the same room matters, make that part of the booking request. Ask about the room layout and changing arrangements. Do not rely on a photograph alone to establish what will be reserved.
Keep preferences individual
Each guest can prefer a different pressure, pace or area of focus. Explain the choices separately. A shared appointment should not require both guests to accept the same treatment preferences.
Understand massage versus package
A couple massage and a couple package can include different services. Bellona’s published package combines aroma therapy and scrubbing. Ask for the sequence, treatment time and whether the quoted amount covers both guests.
Agree the final price
Ask about taxes, deposits, additions and offer eligibility before making a payment. Save the written confirmation so that everyone has the same understanding of the booking.
Plan changes early
If one guest cannot attend, contact the team promptly. Ask about rescheduling and cancellation terms at the time of booking, especially when two therapists or a specific room are being reserved.
