Discuss fragrance preferences and ingredients before choosing an aroma massage.
Choose a fragrance you enjoy
An aroma massage is partly a sensory preference. Ask which fragrances are available and whether a less fragranced alternative can be discussed. You do not need to choose an oil based on a promised health effect.
Ask about ingredients
Tell the team about known sensitivities and ask for product information before the appointment. A product described as natural can still contain an ingredient you prefer to avoid.
Keep pressure separate from scent
Choosing aromatherapy does not automatically specify massage pressure. Discuss both preferences: the type of oil or fragrance and the pace or pressure you want during the session.
Check package inclusions
Some packages combine aroma therapy with scrubbing. Confirm whether you are booking massage alone or a sequence of services, and ask which products are used at each stage.
Speak up during the session
If the fragrance, oil temperature or pressure feels uncomfortable, ask the therapist to pause. Clear communication helps the team understand what needs to change.
Confirm before you pay
Ask for the chosen format, duration and total amount. If a product restriction is essential to you, wait for a clear answer rather than assuming a general booking confirmation covers it.
