Match the appointment length to the experience you want and the time you actually have.
Decide the purpose of your visit
A shorter appointment may suit a simple, focused plan. A longer appointment may allow a less hurried sequence or a combination of areas. Length alone does not tell you how the session will be organised.
Separate slot time from treatment time
Ask whether the duration means hands-on treatment or the complete visit. Consultation, changing and any shower can require extra time. This distinction matters if you are booking around a meeting or another commitment.
Compare the same service
Compare a 60-minute Swedish appointment with its 90-minute option before comparing it with a different package. Different techniques and additions can change the price independently of duration.
Allow time for the journey
Local travel can be unpredictable. A tight schedule can make even a well-planned appointment feel rushed. Check the branch address and ask about the last appointment time when booking late in the day.
Clarify what happens if you arrive late
Ask whether a late arrival shortens the session or requires rescheduling. Agree this before travelling. Do not assume the next guest’s appointment can be moved.
Send an accurate enquiry
Tell the team how much time you have for the whole visit and which service interests you. Ask them to confirm a suitable appointment and the final price, then keep that reply for reference.
